We had a lovely weekend stay at the Lonsdale Hotel. Very comfortable rooms which were spotless. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Videos kept our kids entertained at night. Great location. We have no problems at all with this hotel and would definitely return.

absolute gem of a hotel,lovely victorian rooms and a 4 poster!great breakfast and really friendly ownersand staff,great location and of course the price! excellent all these factors make this a jewel in the crown of bowness,wish we could have stayed longer

thank you to all the staff at the londsdale in bowness!!!our family had such a wonderful time in the lake district thanks to the best start of the day,great night sleeps in a beautiful room and great full english breakfasts to follow!!!very friendly staff were children are made feel special and the good idea of videos that you can borrow and take to your room!cant wait to tell work colleagues and post your details on our facebook profile!

First visit since the takeover.. Lots of improvements.. Fantastic rooms, very clean with a high standard and really relaxed place to stay.. Would recommend to anyone..
