BOOKING
All we need to confirm your booking is:-
• Name
• Telephone No
• Credit/Debit card No
• Expiry Date
• Security No (On reverse of Card by the signature – last 3 digits)
Please note this information is
for guarantee purposes only, no monies will be taken at this stage. Full
payment is only required on departure.
CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstances where you need to cancel a booking the
following will apply:-
• More than 2 full days prior to
the booking date - No charge
(e.g. Friday booking, notified Tuesday or before)
• Less than 2 full days prior to the booking date - Every effort will be
made to re-let the room/s, if successful - No Charge.
• If not a full room rate charge will be made for any days up to 2 full
days of notification.
(e.g. Friday to Tuesday booking, notified Thursday. Charged for Friday &
Saturday only)
